EDG 16-48x / 20-60x FEP eyepiece - NIKON

Dedicated variable magnification eyepiece for specific EDG series Fieldscopes.

Provides extraordinarily sharp and bright images at 20-60x magnification when mounted on an EDG Fieldscope model with an 85 lens mm, and with 16-48x magnification when mounted on a model with a 65mm lens. Equipped with bayonet mount with lock for fast and secure mounting on the Fieldscope. Multilayer-coated lensesthat reduce internal reflections and flare to ensure exceptional light transmission, for extremely sharp images . Aspherical lenses for bright, sharp images, with well-balanced colors and minimal distortion. Underwater (up to 2m for 10 minutes) and fog-free, thanks to the O-ring seals and pressurization with nitrogen. Wide eyepoint of 18.5-2.0mm when mounted on Fieldscope EDG 85 and 16.8-2mm when mounted on Fieldscope EDG 65. Compatible with specific adapters for mounting FEP eyepieces for Fieldscope. Designed for Digiscoping with select Nikon COOLPIX cameras. Thanks to the high eye design, this zoom eyepiece is the perfect choice for observing subjects from varying distances, even wearing glasses.
