Carlson's extended choke tubes are fabricated from 1704 stainless steel and designed to cast tighter, denser patterns than conventional choke tubes. These choke tubes feature a 25% longer parallel section in the inductance, thus generating more consistent patterns. Each throttle tube is knurled at the end for quick and easy removal. Each choke tube has constriction and laser size marked on the end and body for easy reference. The steel shot can be used through these choke tubes with exceptional results. Do not fire larger than BB steel shot or any steel load faster than 1550 FPS through Full or extra full constraints. Slugs, Sabot, and striped slugs should not be used in any narrower choke constriction than the improved cylinder. Remember to repeat your shotgun choke tube with the specific shell load you are going to use. Different brands of ammunition throw different models from the same choke tube.
