The Trap BuilderTM allows the archer to isolate the lower trapezius muscles (under the shoulder blade) and draw using the posterior shoulder musculature instead of the arm and shoulder. The lightweight elastic band facilitates proper release and good retention after release. Recurve archers can adjust the tension at full draw while compound archers can adjust the tension at let off. Easy to adjust, lightweight and compact. This training tool is an excellent tool for warming up before competition and is so useful that it should be part of every instructor’s and archer’s equipment.
