MAGUS SF100 OIL 100х/1.25 Plan Pol ∞/0.17 objective - MAGUS
Objective for the study of transparent and translucent samples in polarized light. The lenses for polarized optics are designed to avoid internal deformations, as they do not create birefringence and do not affect the results of the observations.
Objective for the study of transparent and translucent samples in polarized light. Lenses for polarized optics are designed to avoid internal deformations, as they do not create birefringence and do not affect the observation results.
The objective is designed for an infinity corrected optical system. The parfocal height is DIN standard (45 mm). A 0.17 mm thick cover glass is used for the sample.
Planachromatic optics correct chromatic aberrations in the red and blue colors and spherical aberrations in the green color. Geometric aberration is corrected over 90% of the observed area. The image is sharp both in the center and at the sides, making the lens suitable for use with a digital camera or wide-field eyepiece. Therefore, in a system with a 10x/22mm eyepiece, the objective will form a field of view 0.22mm in diameter. The resolution limit is 0.22 µm.
With the SF100 OIL model, the possible magnification of the microscope ranges from 625x to 1250x and can be achieved using eyepieces with a magnification of 5x to 15x. With lower magnification, you will not be able to see the finer components of an object, and magnification greater than 1250x will not offer new information.
