The image is formed by the digital camera of the Levenhuk Discovery Artisan 128 microscope, from 5 MP and up to 12 MP with interpolation. The magnification range varies from 20x to 500x and the manual focus between 0 and 150 mm. This microscope is perfect for metalworking, numismatics, restoration, jewelry making and repair work. It can be used to locate manufacturing defects, digitize museum artifacts (leaves, minerals, etc.), solder, and work on drawings and paintings. This model is also suitable for scientific pastimes.

The table is equipped with two pegs and graduated scales. The microscope is equipped with integrated illumination. It includes 8 white LED lights around the camera lens. Their brightness is adjustable. The illumination and microscope are powered by a lithium-ion battery or AC mains (AC adapter included).

Note: To save photos and videos, a memory card (not included). Saved data can be transferred to a computer via USB cable.

Tips for using the software:

For the program to function correctly, start the installed application only when the microscope is connected to the PC and ready for observations.

Note: Please note that the mains voltage in the United States and Canada is 110 V, while in most European countries it is 220–240 V. For information regarding the correct mains voltage, see the specifications table. Never attempt to connect a 110V device to a 220V power outlet, or vice versa, without using a voltage converter.

The Levenhuk Discovery Artisan 128 digital microscope is not compatible with external digital cameras.
