MAGUS Stereo 7T stereoscopic microscope - MAGUS
The stereoscopic microscope is designed for the study of three-dimensional objects and their structure. The microscope is equipped with integrated reflected and transmitted light illuminators for observation of opaque and transparent specimens. Polarized light and dark field techniques are available.
The Greenough type optical scheme allows a wide depth of field and allows a three-dimensional image thanks to the convergence angle of 15°. The microscope magnifies the image of the sample without losing spatial orientation. Observing samples placed on the 105–177 mm stage is convenient and makes the microscope suitable for restoration, soldering, assembly, quality control and other similar operations.

Microscope head
Microscope head
strong>The trinocular head rotates 360° and can be locked in the preferred position. The digital camera is installed on the trinocular tube using a C-mount adapter. Other additional adapters with different magnifications are available.
The basic kit includes 10x/22 mm eyepieces with diopter adjustment and a long eye relief for use with glasses.
Zoom
The lens smoothly increases magnification up to 6.7x without focus reduction. The microscope produces an upright (not inverted) three-dimensional image. Additional auxiliary objectives can increase the magnification range, change the field of view and working distance of the microscope.
Focusing mechanism
Coarse focus knobs are located on both sides. You can also adjust the coarse focus tension.
Stage plate
According to the observed sample, you can choose a transparent or white plate and black. The transparent plate ensures homogeneous illumination of the sample and optimal light diffusion for observing transparent and translucent samples. The black and white plate is ideal for observing opaque samples against a contrasting background: the black side is for light-colored objects, while the white side is for dark-colored objects.
Light source
The microscope is equipped with an LED illuminator for transmitted light (3 W) and an illuminator for oblique reflected light (3 W). The life cycle of the LEDs is 50,000 hours.
Accessories
There is a line of accessories designed for this microscope.
Eyepieces and objectives auxiliaries can extend the magnification range of the microscope.
A digital camera transmits the microscope image to a monitor.
C-mount adapters connect the camera to the microscope; the magnification of the adapter is selected based on the size of the camera matrix.
A calibration slide helps to obtain a more precise measurement of the samples. The scale value on the calibration slide of stereoscopic microscopes is 0.1 mm.
The polarization device is used to study anisotropic objects.
A dark field condenser with jewelry tweezers allows you to analyze semi-precious stones.
A ring illuminator with a polarizer removes glare from polished metal surfaces.
The mechanical stage moves objects smoothly and smoothly along two axes and offers additional convenience when observing at magnification above 20x.
A ring illuminator with sector change and flexible neck light is used for fine adjustment of the illumination of the working area. The light is set at the selected angle and creates lights and shadows necessary for the study, keeping the correct part of the specimen illuminated.
Universal holders expand the working area and offer greater freedom of choice of the position of the test head microscope above the work area.
