MAGUS CLM90 digital camera - MAGUS
MAGUS CLM microscope cameras are designed for fluorescence and darkfield microscopy techniques. The CLM90 model is monochrome and its maximum resolution is 3200x2200 px. The frame rate for video recording depends on the resolution and can be 51.3 or 133.8 fps. The camera works effectively with 4x, 10x, 20x and 40x lenses as it captures small details better along with low magnification lenses. It is equipped with a Peltier element that cools the matrix and maintains high image quality. The global shutter creates an image without deformation, even if the object moves. The capture result is displayed on the monitor via the USB 3.0 interface without any loss of quality. The camera was created for professional work or university education.

Inside the camera there is a 1.1" diagonal SONY Exmor CMOS sensor with a pixel size of 4.5x4.5 μm. The SONY backlight technology used in its matrices increases the sensitivity to light: in this model, it is 3354 mV with a shutter speed of 1/30 second. The monochrome matrix will not allow you to distinguish the colors of the object , but it will make the image bright and high contrast, which can be important when capturing in low light conditions. To create the widest possible field of view, use the 1x adapter.
L The Peltier element is a special thermoelectric module that maintains a temperature 42°C lower than room temperature. It is necessary to cool the matrix in the camera and heats up during long-term operation, causing thermal noise and deterioration of image quality. The Peltier element keeps the sensor temperature at an acceptable level and the image quality remains high.
Another feature of this model is the global shutter. With its help, the signal of all diodes is read simultaneously. The resulting image is authentic and without distortion even if the object moves.
The camera uses software that allows you to take photographs and record videos, process them and measure the linear and angular dimensions of objects and their structures. Before starting measurement, calibrate the software for each objective using a calibration slide. You can connect the device to a computer via the USB 3.0 interface. It transfers data at high speed and maintains image quality when viewed on an external screen.
The camera is connected to the microscope through the trinocular tube. Use a C-mount adapter for installation.
