The microscope head is used together with a universal stage and a focusing attachment. It is designed to observe three-dimensional objects and the details of their structure while maintaining the virtual volume and clarity of the surface relief.
The Greenough-type optical scheme allows a wide depth of field and produces three-dimensional images thanks to a stereo angle of 15 °. The microscope head magnifies the image of an object without losing spatial orientation.
The head, mounted on a universal stage, can be used for restoration work, welding, assembly, quality control and other similar tasks.
Type of microscope head
The head is binocular, the digital camera must be installed on the optical tube, instead of the eyepiece.
The basic kit includes 10x/22mm eyepieces with diopter adjustment and long eye relief for use with glasses.
Zoom
L The lens smoothly increases magnification up to 6.7x without focus reduction. The optical scheme produces an upright (not inverted) three-dimensional image. Additional auxiliary objectives can increase the magnification range, as well as change the field of view and working distance of the microscope.

Eyepieces and auxiliary objectives can extend the magnification range of the microscope.
A digital camera transmits the microscope image to a monitor.
A calibration slide allows precise measurement of samples. The scale value on the calibration slide of stereoscopic microscopes is 0.1 mm.
Ring illuminator for shadow-free illumination of the working area for observations in reflected light.
A ring illuminator with polarizer will remove reflections from captured images of polished metal surfaces.
A ring illuminator with sector change and flexible neck light is used for fine adjustment of the illumination of the working area. The light is set at the selected angle and creates lights and shadows necessary for the study, keeping the correct part of the specimen illuminated.
Universal holders expand the working area and offer greater freedom of choice of the position of the test head microscope above the work area.
