The Levenhuk Discovery Artisan 16 digital microscope examine coins, work with metals, repair electronic circuits, check the quality of a blade's edge, as well as restore works of art or carry out highly specialized applied scientific research. This microscope can be used with or without a support arm. To observe the image of the examined object, it is necessary to connect the microscope to a PC. It is possible to observe the object under examination on a PC screen, as well as take photos, shoot videos and make linear and angular measurements.

The microscope is equipped with a 2 MP digital camera (instead of objective lens), which allows you to capture images of 1600x1200 pixels. The magnification can be varied between 20x and 230x; Manual focus is available between 0mm and 150mm. In low light conditions, it is possible to turn on the backlight consisting of 8 adjustable intensity LED lights.

The microscope is compatible with Windows and Mac OS operating systems. A USB cable is used to connect to the PC and charge the microscope. The body is covered in rubber for a more comfortable grip. The Levenhuk Discovery Artisan 16 digital microscope is extremely easy to use. It's very small. Therefore, it does not take up much space on your desk.
